At Curley’s Creek, we’re committed to getting your goodies to you quickly, safely, and with a little extra love.
🕒 Order Processing
Orders are typically processed within 1–5 business days, usually around 10:00 AM CST. Orders placed after that time will begin processing the following business day.
Please note: During high-volume periods (like holidays or sales), processing times may be slightly longer — but we always hustle to get your order out as fast as we can!
📦 Shipping Methods
We currently ship within the U.S. only via USPS and other carriers offered through Shopify. All orders include tracking, which will be sent to your email once your order is on its way.

Free shipping on all orders $35 and up!

Orders under $35 will have shipping calculated at checkout based on weight and destination.
(Free shipping not showing up at checkout? We're still fine-tuning it — feel free to contact us and we’ll make sure you’re taken care of.)
❗ Shipping Delays
We are not responsible for shipping delays due to weather, postal issues, or carrier backlogs — but we’re always happy to help you track down a package and will advocate on your behalf if something goes wrong.
📦 Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages
All packages are shipped with tracking. Once your order has been marked "delivered" by the carrier, it is considered complete.
If your order is lost or damaged in transit, please contact us right away at getaway@curleyscreek.com. We’ll work with you and the carrier to resolve the issue as best we can. In most cases, we’ll help you file a claim or send a replacement if eligible.
